so i am now back in castellanza for two weeks (the longest i hv ever been in castellanza). back to my lovely table facing the wall with my lovely postcards taking turns to fall off with time, explaining the blank patches on my wall now.so after all that travelling, it is time to use up all our food supplies before we head home.
mom, look what we made for dinner on saturday night!just like daddy's curry chicken!and it was delicious.heehee. thanks for the premix!and if you look close enough,u'll see the udon u sent in my bowl of curry.also,tonight we had chinese dinner together with our international friends (who loved it by the way). quoting maeva (who is french): "i will eat chinese for the rest of my life" : )
so there was lemon chicken, sweet & sour pock (for paperback),茄子 (rohps!we made 茄子!), pock in char siew sauce and curry vegetables...oh and of course, fush's trusty rice cooker made us ricesotto (we didnt have enough thai rice).
and just to get everyone in the christmas mood, annelore made a christmas tree out of our very little leftovers.
